Shiras Moose European Mount With 42″ Rack

The rack measures approximately 42 inches at its widest point. In addition, both sides feature heavy bases and well-developed antler structure.

These measurements give buyers useful information when evaluating the size of O-119MS and planning an appropriate display location.

Vintage Moose Skull and Antler Display

O-119MS has an interesting history. This specimen previously formed part of a shoulder mount before being converted into its current European-style skull presentation.

The conversion places the focus directly on the skull and substantial antlers. As a result, the mount works particularly well for collectors who prefer the clean, traditional appearance of European taxidermy displays.

The skull hangs using a single secured fastener, providing a straightforward wall-display configuration.

Condition of O-119MS

The specimen remains an attractive vintage display; however, buyers should note the visible notch at the top of the skull. This characteristic appears in the available photographs and forms part of the specimen’s current condition.

Therefore, buyers should examine all product photographs carefully before ordering. The images provide the best opportunity to inspect the actual skull, antlers, notch and overall appearance of O-119MS.

Distinctive North American Big-Game Taxidermy

This Shiras Moose European mount combines a 42-inch rack with substantial individual antler measurements and the character of a vintage specimen. Its size makes it suitable for a lodge, cabin, trophy room, rustic interior, business display or established North American taxidermy collection.

Overall, O-119MS offers collectors a substantial Shiras Moose skull and antler display with documented measurements and distinctive vintage character.
