Silver (Black) Fox Taxidermy Skin. P-118SF

Description

Silver Black Fox Skin – P-118SF

The Silver Black Fox skin P-118SF features striking dark coloring with a noticeable amount of gray along the back. This professionally tanned fox pelt measures approximately 54 inches in total length. Its contrasting natural tones create an attractive appearance for a wildlife or fur collection.

The specimen also offers good hair thickness and length. These characteristics give the fur a soft, full-looking presentation. Its darker coloration can provide strong contrast when displayed alongside lighter natural pelts.

Silver Black Fox Skin

P-118SF contains plenty of black throughout the coat, while gray fur appears prominently along the back. The combination creates the characteristic silver-and-black appearance of this individual specimen.

The Silver Black Fox skin measures approximately 54 inches long. Therefore, it offers substantial length for a fox pelt and can create noticeable presence when displayed.

Good hair thickness further enhances the natural presentation. The coat also has enough length to create a soft appearance across the pelt.

Professionally Tanned Fox Pelt

The specimen has undergone professional tanning and comes ready for decorative display. Buyers can hang it on a wall or place it over an appropriate chair, shelf or horizontal surface.

P-118SF can also complement Red Fox, Coyote and other North American predator pelts. The darker coat provides useful visual contrast when building a mixed fur collection.

This specimen does have documented imperfections. The tail has some damage, and the pelt does not include the feet or legs. These factors account for its Nice quality rating rather than a higher grade.

Display and Buying Considerations

Buyers should review all available photographs carefully before purchasing. The images show the actual black and gray coloring, fur thickness and documented condition of this individual pelt.

The 54-inch total length also provides a useful reference when planning the display area. However, the listing does not provide an exact width, so I have not estimated one.

Overall, this Silver Black Fox skin combines striking dark coloration, gray highlights and good hair thickness. Its professionally tanned finish and substantial length make P-118SF an attractive option despite the documented tail damage and missing feet and legs.
